Foster homes are crucial to our efforts to save Labradors that would otherwise be put to sleep.  Often we are unable to pull a dog from a shelter because we do not have a foster home in which to place the dog. Lowcountry Lab Rescue is the last chance for many Labradors.

In 2006, we were able to save more than 100 Labradors thanks in large part to the generosity of our foster homes. Please consider joining the ranks of our wonderful Foster Homes, and help us save more labs!  We cover expenses, you just need to provide a safe and secure home until we can find a forever home for the dog.

If you are interested in fostering, please:
1) Read our Foster Program Highlights, and
2) Complete the Foster Application application below

Click here for a printable copy of our Foster Program Highlights.

Even though we need foster homes, we have a screening process to ensure the safety and well being of our dogs.  To be considered, please complete the following application. Our Foster Director will review your application and be in touch shortly.  If you do not hear from anyone within 3 days, please send an email directly to foster@lowcountrylabrescue.org.
